TEAMMADE staff will handle everything from product selection consultations to quotations and delivery.

If you already have a preferred brand, color, budget, delivery date, etc., please provide as much detail as possible to ensure a smooth process.
If you haven’t decided on a brand or design, or are still undecided, please let us know your preferences in the email form, and we will offer suggestions.
Team Order Process
STEP 1: Inquiry
Please inquire using our dedicated team order email form.
Providing as much detail as possible about your desired quantity, budget, delivery date, and other details will help us assist you more efficiently.
If you have any questions or concerns, please include them in the email form, and we will offer suggestions and guidance.
STEP 2: Selecting Products and Marks (Name & Number)
We will decide on specific design elements such as brand, color, and font for the mark.
TEAMMADE staff can also offer suggestions.
STEP 3: Stock & Delivery Confirmation
Delivery times vary depending on the design and brand. Please consult with us if you have a specific delivery date in mind.
STEP 4: Quotation & Order
We will provide a final quotation, after which you can place your order.
STEP 5: Payment & Receipt
Your uniforms are complete! We will deliver your uniforms to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity?
Team orders are generally accepted from 5 pieces.
Additional orders are accepted from 1 piece at the same price as the initial order.
How long does delivery take?
This varies depending on product availability and manufacturer.
It also varies depending on whether or not marking is required and the details of the marking, so please inquire.
What is marking?
This includes adding numbers, emblems, and individual names to the apparel.
We can also create highly original uniforms. Please feel free to consult with TEAMMADE staff.
I haven't decided on anything yet, what should I do?

What are the payment methods?
For online orders, payment is accepted via bank transfer.
We will ship your order after payment is received. Please contact us if you prefer other payment methods.
